Vegetarian Breakfast Skillet

This easy-to-prepare vegetarian breakfast skillet is as hearty as it is tasty.

  • 1 bag Pioneer® Plant-Based Sausage Gravy, prepared (233362)
  • 5 lb. Potatoes O’Brien (or hash browns)
  • 42 Eggs, in shell
  • 1 bunch Chives, chopped


  • For each order, prepare 3-4 oz. Potatoes O’Brien according to package directions. Place in a small skillet that has been warmed.
  • Ladle 3 oz. of gravy on top of potatoes.
  • Top with 1 or 2 sunny-side-up or over-easy eggs.
  • Garnish with chives and serve.
