Vegetarian Breakfast Skillet
- 1 bag Pioneer® Plant-Based Sausage Gravy, prepared (233362)
- 5 lb. Potatoes O’Brien (or hash browns)
- 42 Eggs, in shell
- 1 bunch Chives, chopped
- For each order, prepare 3-4 oz. Potatoes O’Brien according to package directions. Place in a small skillet that has been warmed.
- Ladle 3 oz. of gravy on top of potatoes.
- Top with 1 or 2 sunny-side-up or over-easy eggs.
- Garnish with chives and serve.
