Sweet Corn & Crab Bisque

This hearty soup is sure to satisfy. It features a rich, buttery stock filled with crab meat, corn, and onion. Garnish with oyster crackers.

  • 1 bag Pioneer® Cream Soup Base & Sauce Starter Mix, prepared
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter
  • 3 Onions, large, chopped
  • 120 oz. Creamed corn
  • 64 oz. Crab pieces
  • TABASCO® sauce 


  • Sauté onions in butter until translucent. Add to prepared soup base.
  • Add creamed corn and crab and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
  • Season to taste with Tabasco, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve garnished with oyster crackers.
