Vegetarian Breakfast Skillet

This easy-to-prepare vegetarian breakfast skillet is as hearty as it is tasty.

INGREDIENTS

1. 1 bag Pioneer® Plant-Based Sausage Gravy, prepared (233362)
2. 5 lb. Potatoes O’Brien (or hash browns)
3. 42 Eggs, in shell
4. 1 bunch Chives, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

1. For each order, prepare 3-4 oz. Potatoes O’Brien according to package directions. Place in a small skillet that has been warmed.
2. Ladle 3 oz. of gravy on top of potatoes.
3. Top with 1 or 2 sunny-side-up or over-easy eggs.
4. Garnish with chives and serve.
