Cheese, Pepper & Onion Breakfast Pizza

INGREDIENTS

1. 90 oz. Pioneer® Sausage Gravy, prepared (9100)
2. 1 bag Pioneer® Original Biscuit Mix
3. 6 ⅔ cups Milk
4. 3 Red bell peppers, seeded, chopped
5. 3 Green bell peppers, seeded, chopped
6. 2 Large onions, chopped
7. 40 oz. Cheese (your choice), shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 450°F (convection 400°F).
2. Sauté peppers and onion in vegetable oil, just until soft. Set aside.
3. Prepare biscuit mix according to package directions, using the milk.
4. For 16-inch pizzas, divide dough into 5 equal pieces.
5. On a well-floured surface, roll dough pieces until 16 inches in diameter (around ¼ inch thick). Using a docker, run over the dough in multiple directions, until dough is well docked.
6. Carefully transfer dough to pizza pan.
7. Ladle 18 oz. of gravy to middle of dough, within ¾ inch of the outside edge. Top with 8 oz. of Sautéed onion/pepper mixture and then 8 oz. of cheese.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes (8-11 convection). Brush outside edge of pizza with melted butter upon removal from oven.
