Sweet Corn & Crab Bisque

INGREDIENTS

1. 1 bag Pioneer® Cream Soup Base & Sauce Starter Mix, prepared
2. 6 Tbsp. Butter
3. 3 Onions, large, chopped
4. 120 oz. Creamed corn
5. 64 oz. Crab pieces
6. TABASCO® sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Sauté onions in butter until translucent. Add to prepared soup base.
2. Add creamed corn and crab and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
3. Season to taste with Tabasco, salt, and pepper.
4. Serve garnished with oyster crackers.
