Bangers & Mash
- Prepare Pioneer® Southern Style Brown Gravy Mix according to package directions. Hold on a steamtable at 165°F during service.
- For each order, start with plating desired amount of mashed potatoes.
- Garnish with English peas or other vegetables.
- Lay 3 or more bangers on mashed potatoes.
- Ladle 2 to 3 oz. of prepared gravy on top of bangers and potatoes.
- Garnish with onion slivers and serve.
