Oatmeal Raisin Key Lime Tart
A cookie twist on the Florida Keys classic.
Ingredients
- 1 piece CookieTree® Premium Indulgence Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough (229526)
- 14 oz. Sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup Key lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. Sour cream
Instructions
- Thaw CookieTree® Premium Indulgence Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough. Keep covered during the thawing process to prevent drying.
- Butter a 5-inch springform pan.
- Press cookie dough into bottom of pan.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together condensed milk, sour cream, and lime juice. Pour over cookie dough.
- Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 15–17 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Use a knife to gently loosen the sides. Remove the ring from the springform pan.
- Carefully remove the tart from the springform pan bottom with a metal spatula. Garnish as desired.
