Thaw CookieTree® Premium Indulgence Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough. Keep covered during the thawing process to prevent drying.
Butter a 5-inch springform pan.
Press cookie dough into bottom of pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together condensed milk, sour cream, and lime juice. Pour over cookie dough.
Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 15–17 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Use a knife to gently loosen the sides. Remove the ring from the springform pan.
Carefully remove the tart from the springform pan bottom with a metal spatula. Garnish as desired.
