Oatmeal Raisin Key Lime Tart

A cookie twist on the Florida Keys classic.


  • 1 piece CookieTree® Premium Indulgence Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough (229526)
  • 14 oz. Sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup Key lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Sour cream


  • Thaw CookieTree® Premium Indulgence Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough. Keep covered during the thawing process to prevent drying.
  • Butter a 5-inch springform pan.
  • Press cookie dough into bottom of pan.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together condensed milk, sour cream, and lime juice. Pour over cookie dough.
  • Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 15–17 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cool. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Use a knife to gently loosen the sides. Remove the ring from the springform pan.
  • Carefully remove the tart from the springform pan bottom with a metal spatula. Garnish as desired.
