Maple, Ham & Cheese Biscuit Sliders

These sandwich sliders combine sweet and savory in a way students of all ages are sure to love. The unique size gives you the flexibility to serve a different number per lunch tray.

  • 6 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Pancake syrup
  • 24 Conestoga® Whole Grain Simple Split® Biscuits (210498), baked and cooled to room temperature
  • 24 oz. Low sodium ham
  • 12 slices American and skim milk cheese blend, sliced


  • Combine margarine and pancake syrup in a small bowl; set aside.
  • Split Conestoga® Whole Grain Easy Split® Biscuits, spread inside with 1½ teaspoon maple mixture.
  • Layer 1 ounce ham and ½ slice cheese on bottom half of roll.
  • Place on plate to serve.


For Grades K to 5: Reduce ham to ¾ oz. per sandwich (18 oz. for the entire recipe).
