Hearty Beef Burger and Vegetable Soup
- 5 qt. 2 cups Water
- 13 oz. Pioneer® Low Sodium Roasted Beef Gravy mix made with Whole Grain (212646)
- 1½ tsp. Dried thyme
- 24 Cooked beef patties, cut into ¾" pieces
- 6 cups Frozen carrot slices, thawed
- 6 cups Frozen green beans, thawed
- 4½ cups Frozen peas, thawed
- 4½ cups Frozen corn, thawed
- Boil 4½ quarts water in a large soup pot. Whisk Pioneer® Low Sodium Roasted Beef Gravy mix made with Whole Grain and thyme with 1 quart cool water in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir into boiling water. Let simmer 5 minutes or until mixture has thickened.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, simmer 15 minutes or until heated through before serving. Keep at 165°F during service.
