Creamy Vegetarian Pasta
- 1 bag Pioneer® Plant-Based Sausage Gravy, prepared (233362)
- 8 lb. Penne pasta, cooked to al dente, drained
- 4 lb. Spinach, fresh
- 2 Tbsp. Red chili flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Smoked paprika
- ½ cup Pine nuts, toasted
- Place cooked pasta in a large bowl while still warm.
- Add spinach, red chili flakes, and gravy and mix. The spinach will wilt slightly.
- Place desired amount of pasta in a serving dish, dust lightly with smoked paprika, and top with pine nuts.
