Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Simply add heavy cream, sautéed mushrooms, and chicken stock to a quart of your white gravy to make this rich and creamy sauce. 


  • 1 qt. Pioneer® Old Fashioned Biscuit Gravy Mix (94706), Pioneer® Peppered Old Fashioned Gravy Mix (94722), or Pioneer® Country Style Gravy Mix (94595), prepared
  • 2 cups Chicken stock
  • ½ lb. Mushrooms, sautéed
  • 1 cup Heavy cream


  • Combine prepared gravy with chicken stock, sautéed mushrooms, and heavy cream. Whisk until fully incorporated.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
