Corn Chowder

This robustly flavorful and creamy chowder is sure to please every time!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag PioneerĀ® Cream Soup Base & Sauce Starter Mix, prepared
  • 1 lb. Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Yellow onion, chopped
  • 7 cups Creamed corn, canned
  • 7 cups Whole kernel corn, canned, undrained
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper, chopped
  • Ā½ cup Green onion, chopped
  • 1 qt. Water or stock

Instructions

  • Add bacon, onion, corn, bell pepper, and green onion to prepared soup base and stir until blended.
  • Add additional water or stock to bring to desired viscosity.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
